Other services include verifying business operations, posting notices of delinquency, foreclosure/repossession turn-over’s, delinquency collections, and insurance inspections.
All required reports and photos are generally submitted back to my clients electronically within 48 hours. Insurance inspections are called within the first 48 hours to setup date and time for inspections. Insurance inspections are setup for inspection within the first week.
All photos are digital photos and sized according to customers requirements. Measurements and diagrams are also provided as needed. All diagrams are computer created and done to spec.
I work with companies that provide such services for national lending institutions such as Wells Fargo, City Financial Auto, Chase Financial, Daimler Chrysler,
